How can I view the connection status of my integration?

  • Log in to the Onsight admin console at
  • Click on ‘Setup’ in the left-hand side menu.
  • Click on the ‘Configuration’ menu item.
  • Click on the ‘Integration’ tab at the top.
  • Look for the system you have integrated with (Xero, QuickBooks or MYOB) and you should see your connection status displayed.

If your connection status says that you are not connected, click on either the ‘Connect to Xero’, ‘Connect Now’ (for MYOB) or ‘Connect to QuickBooks’ buttons and follow the instructions on-screen.
