To create a quote in the legacy Windows app:

• Log on to the Onsight app from your Home dashboard
• Swipe down from the top edge of the Home screen to reveal the top Navigation Bar
• Tap on the Products icon in the Navigation bar
• Tap on a product category
• Tap the “+” button found next to the image of the product you want to add to your cart
• Tap the cart icon found in the top right-hand corner of your screen
• Check that you are happy with the contents and quantities in the cart.
• Swipe down from the top edge of the Cart screen to reveal the bottom Command Bar and tap on the ‘Create Quote’ button
• Select a customer from the list provided
• Onsight automatically generates a quote number for you to use. You can also add your own unique reference number in the ‘Quote Reference’ field.
• To add a signature, simply tap on Add Signature, sign in the empty area with either your finger or a stylus and tap “Save”
• Add any extra information about the quote you are creating to the provided Notes section
• Check that all of the quote information has been entered correctly and then tap “Save” to save the quote
• If you are online, the quote will be sent out immediately. If you are offline, the app will wait till you are online again to sync and send out the quote.
