How do I sync customers created in Onsight to QuickBooks?

When you connect Onsight to the QuickBooks accounting system you can share product and price information between the two systems, and send new orders directly into QuickBooks.

To ensure that your product information flows smoothly between the two systems, one of the things you will need to do is to sync the customers you have created in Onsight to QuickBooks. Here’s how:

  • Log in to the Onsight admin console at
  • Click on ‘Setup’ in the left-hand side menu.
  • Click on the ‘Configuration’ menu item.
  • Click on the ‘Integration’ tab.
  • Ensure that the ‘Sync Customers Created in Onsight to QuickBooks’ field is checked.
