How do I sync customers created in Onsight to Xero?

When you connect Onsight to the Xero accounting system you can share product and price information between the two systems, and send new orders directly into Xero.

To ensure that your product information flows smoothly between the two systems, one of the things you will need to do is to sync the customers you have created in Onsight to Xero. Here’s how:

  • Log in to the Onsight admin console at
  • Click on ‘Setup’ in the left-hand side menu.
  • Click on the ‘Configuration’ menu item.
  • Click on the ‘Integration’ tab.
  • Ensure that the ‘Sync Customers Created in Onsight to Xero’ field is checked.
