How do I upgrade or renew my subscription?

How to renew / upgrade your subscription

  • Log in to the Onsight web console at http://web.onsightapp.com/.
  • Click on ‘Setup’ in the left-hand side menu.
  • Click on the ‘Subscription’ menu item.
  • You will be shown your existing subscription plan and number of users.
  • Click on ‘Continue’ and follow the payment wizard.
