{"id":119,"date":"2014-07-01T13:41:21","date_gmt":"2014-07-01T13:41:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.onsightapp.com\/user-guide\/?p=119"},"modified":"2025-09-02T04:49:02","modified_gmt":"2025-09-02T04:49:02","slug":"how-do-i-add-and-update-customer-groups","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.onsightapp.com\/user-guide\/how-do-i-add-and-update-customer-groups\/","title":{"rendered":"How do I add and update customer groups?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To manage your customer groups:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log in to the Onsight web console at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sales.onsightapp.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/sales.onsightapp.com\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Click on \u2018Manage your data\u2019 from the left-hand side menu.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the &#8216;Customer groups&#8217; menu item.<\/li>\n<li>You will see a list of all of your customer groups.<\/li>\n<li>To add a new customer group, click on the &#8216;Add Group&#8217; button at the top of the screen.<\/li>\n<li>To update an existing customer group, click on the name of\u00a0the customer group, click the &#8216;Edit&#8217; button, make your changes and then click the &#8216;Save&#8217; button.<\/li>\n<li>To delete an existing customer group, tick the box that is to the left of the customer group you would like to delete and then click the \u2018Delete\u2019 button at the top of the list.
