Customers are therefore not able to see these notes.<\/p>\n<p>Your sales reps should preferably use the apps to manage your customer notes, however, we&#8217;ve also added the same functionality to the web console just in case you do not have access to the app and you need to update the customer record.\u00a0Here&#8217;s how you manage customer notes in the web console:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log in to the Onsight web console at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sales.onsightapp.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/sales.onsightapp.com\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Click on \u2018Customers\u2019 from the left-hand side menu.<\/li>\n<li>You will see a list of all of your customers. <\/li>\n<li>Select a customer from the list provided.<\/li>\n<li>Click the &#8216;Edit&#8217; button.<\/li>\n<li>To add or edit a customer note, click on the &#8216;Notes&#8217; tab and type your message in the field provided.<\/li>\n<li>To delete a customer note, remove all the text from that field.<\/li>\n<li>Click the &#8216;Save&#8217; button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Related articles:<\/b><br \/>\n<a href=\"\/user-guide\/how-do-i-allow-my-sales-reps-to-edit-customer-notes\/\">How do I allow my sales reps to edit customer notes?<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Adding a customer note to a customer&#8217;s profile can help you and your sales team keep track of a customer&#8217;s order\/quote preferences, your previous and upcoming meetings with them, follow-ups, or any other information that you think is important.
