{"id":1834,"date":"2017-07-21T10:42:22","date_gmt":"2017-07-21T10:42:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.onsightapp.com\/user-guide\/?p=1834"},"modified":"2025-10-01T21:54:20","modified_gmt":"2025-10-01T21:54:20","slug":"how-do-i-view-reports-on-sales-reps","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.onsightapp.com\/user-guide\/how-do-i-view-reports-on-sales-reps\/","title":{"rendered":"How do I view reports on sales by sales rep?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>You can view reports on the relative sales performance for each sales rep as well as their sales performance over time.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log in to the Onsight web console at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sales.onsightapp.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/sales.onsightapp.com\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Click on &#8216;Reports&#8217; from the left-hand side menu.<\/li>\n<li>Click on &#8216;Sales reps&#8217; and then &#8216;All reps&#8217; from the left-hand side menu.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the drop-down at the top of the screen to choose the time period for the report. The options are: &#8220;All time&#8221;, &#8220;Last year&#8221;, &#8220;Past 12 months&#8221;, &#8220;This year&#8221;, &#8220;Last month&#8221;, &#8220;Past 30 days&#8221;, &#8220;This month&#8221;, &#8220;Last week&#8221;, &#8220;This week&#8221;, &#8220;Yesterday&#8221;, &#8220;Today&#8221;.\n<li>You will be presented with a table showing the sales performance for each sales rep. Only sales reps that have already created orders and\/or created quotes will be shown.\n<li>Click on the \u2018Download XLS\u2019 icon at the top of the table to download the data to an Excel file.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the \u2018Download CSV\u2019 icon at the top of the table to download the data to a CSV file.<\/li>\n<li>For each row, next to the sales rep name, you can click on the chart icon to see their sales performance over time. <\/li>\n<li>You will be presented with the sales performance over time for that sales rep.<\/li>\n<li>You can also drill down further by selecting a specific customer from the drop-down at the top of the screen.
