To create and configure these fee line items, follow these steps: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log in to the Onsight web console at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sales.onsightapp.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/sales.onsightapp.com\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Click on &#8216;Manage your data&#8217; from the left-hand side menu.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the \u2018Fees\u2019 menu item.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the &#8216;Add Fee&#8217; button at the top of the screen.<\/li>\n<li>Fill in the details for the new fee.\n<ul>\n<li>Name &#8211; Give the fee a name\n<li>Active &#8211; Should this fee be active or inactive.\n<li>Description &#8211; A short description for the fee\n<li>Item Code &#8211; A unique code that you would like to assign to this fee.\n<li>Transaction Type &#8211; (Debit \/ Credit). How this fee affects an order or quote. A debit will add to the order \/ quote value. A credit will reduce the quote \/ order value.\n<li>Charge Type &#8211; (Fixed Value \/ Custom Value). This specifies how the fee amount will be calculated. Fixed values are dettermined by you up-front. Custom values must be entered into into the &#8216;Normal selling price&#8217; field when the order \/ quote is created.\n<li>Taxable &#8211; is the fee amount taxable or not.\n<li>Default &#8211; This determines if this fee should automatically be added to all new orders and quotes.\n\t<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click the \u2018Save\u2019 button.<\/li>\n<li>This fee item is now available for your sales reps to add to their orders and quotes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Onsight allows your sales reps to add fee line items onto your orders and quotes.
