The options are: &#8220;All time&#8221;, &#8220;Last year&#8221;, &#8220;Past 12 months&#8221;, &#8220;This year&#8221;, &#8220;Last month&#8221;, &#8220;Past 30 days&#8221;, &#8220;This month&#8221;, &#8220;Last week&#8221;, &#8220;This week&#8221;, &#8220;Yesterday&#8221;, &#8220;Today&#8221;. You can also choose a custom date range.\n<li>You will be presented with a table that lists all your customers that have had no sales in that time period.<\/li>\n<li>The account owners for each customer will also be shown.<\/li>\n<li>\/if you are an admin, you can refine the report further by selecting a specific account owner or a specific customer group from the drop-downs at the top of the screen.\n<li>If you are a sales rep, you can refine the report further by selecting a specific customer group from the drop-down at the top of the screen.\n<li>Click on the \u2018Download XLS\u2019 icon at the top of the table to download the data to an Excel file.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the \u2018Download CSV\u2019 icon at the top of the table to download the data to a CSV file.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You can view reports on customers that have had no sales in a particular time period.
