{"id":2914,"date":"2022-05-04T07:23:20","date_gmt":"2022-05-04T07:23:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.onsightapp.com\/user-guide\/?p=2914"},"modified":"2025-10-01T22:06:42","modified_gmt":"2025-10-01T22:06:42","slug":"how-do-i-view-reports-on-customers-logging-in","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.onsightapp.com\/user-guide\/how-do-i-view-reports-on-customers-logging-in\/","title":{"rendered":"How do I view reports on customers logging in?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>You can view reports on customers that have logged into Onsight and looked at products. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log in to the Onsight web console at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sales.onsightapp.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/sales.onsightapp.com\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Click on &#8216;Reports&#8217; from the left-hand side menu.<\/li>\n<li>Click on &#8216;Customers&#8217; and then &#8216;Product views&#8217; from the left-hand side menu.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the drop-down at the top of the screen to choose the time period for the report. The options are: &#8220;All time&#8221;, &#8220;Last year&#8221;, &#8220;Past 12 months&#8221;, &#8220;This year&#8221;, &#8220;Last month&#8221;, &#8220;Past 30 days&#8221;, &#8220;This month&#8221;, &#8220;Last week&#8221;, &#8220;This week&#8221;, &#8220;Yesterday&#8221;, &#8220;Today&#8221;.\n<li>You will be presented with a table that lists all your customers that have logged into Onsight and the number of products that they have viewed.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the \u2018Download XLS\u2019 icon at the top of the table to download the data to an Excel file.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the \u2018Download CSV\u2019 icon at the top of the table to download the data to a CSV file.<\/li>\n<li>For each row, next to the customer name, you can click on the product search icon to see a table showing all products that the customer has looked at and how many times those products were viewed.<\/li>\n<li>This data can also be downloaded to Excel or CSV.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You can view reports on customers that have logged into Onsight and looked at products.
