This is sometimes better than deleting all those products since all the product information is retained but the products are not shown in the catalogue. To mark a product category as inactive, follow these steps: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log in to the Onsight web console at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sales.onsightapp.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/sales.onsightapp.com\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Click on \u2018Manage your data\u2019 from the left-hand side menu.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the &#8216;Product categories&#8217; menu item.<\/li>\n<li>You will see a list of all of your product categories.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the name of the product category that you want to make inactive.<\/li>\n<li>Click the &#8216;Edit&#8217; button.<\/li>\n<li>Toggle the \u2018Active\u2019 field.<\/li>\n<li>Click the \u2018Save\u2019 button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Onsight allows you stop an entire product category from displaying in your catalogue, by marking it as inactive.
