{"id":2947,"date":"2022-06-07T17:58:49","date_gmt":"2022-06-07T17:58:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.onsightapp.com\/user-guide\/?p=2947"},"modified":"2025-09-25T03:33:54","modified_gmt":"2025-09-25T03:33:54","slug":"how-do-i-add-multiple-shipping-addresses-for-a-customer-in-the-admin-console","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.onsightapp.com\/user-guide\/how-do-i-add-multiple-shipping-addresses-for-a-customer-in-the-admin-console\/","title":{"rendered":"How do I add multiple shipping addresses for a customer in the web console?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A customer can have more than one shipping address on record in Onsight.<\/p>\n<p>To add a new shipping address:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log in to the Onsight web console at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sales.onsightapp.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/sales.onsightapp.com\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Click on \u2018Customers\u2019 from the left-hand side menu.<\/li>\n<li>You will see a list of all of your customers. <\/li>\n<li>Click on the customer that you want to add a new shipping address for.\n<li>Click the &#8216;Edit&#8217; button.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the &#8216;Address&#8217; tab. <\/li>\n<li>Scroll to the \u2018Shipping addresses\u2019 section and scroll down to the last shipping address.<\/li>\n<li>Click on \u2018Add shipping address&#8217;.<\/li>\n<li>Use the \u2018Label\u2019 field to describe the shipping address (for example, Warehouse South, Warehouse North).
