There might be multiple listings. Click &#8216;Disconnect&#8217; for all of them:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.onsightapp.com\/user-guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/xeroconn4.png\" alt=\"Xero disconnect\" class=\"imgResize\" \/>\n<\/li>\n<li>\nIn the confirmation dialog box that appears, there is no need to choose a reason. Click &#8216;Disconnect app&#8217;:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.onsightapp.com\/user-guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/xeroconn5.png\" alt=\"Xero confirm disconnect\" class=\"imgResize\" \/>\n<\/li>\n<li>\nNow click on the link in the email that you received about connecting Onsight and Xero.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nYou will be presented with a screen asking you to connect the Onsight app to one of your organisations.
