You do not need to delete the order but you can simply change the customer for the order or quote by following these steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tap on the &#8216;Orders\u201d module.\n<li>Select the order\/quote that you want to change.\n<li>Tap on \u2018Modify\u2019 and the \u2018View Order\u2019 screen will display.\n<li>Tap on the 3 dots at the top right-hand side of the screen.\n<li>Tap on \u2018Change Customer\u2019 and search for the correct customer in the search bar or scroll up to find your customer.\n<li>Select your customer.\n<li>A pop-up message will notify you that the cart for the original customer will be moved to the new customer.\n<li>Tap \u2018OK\u2019 if you want to proceed.\n<li>The \u2018View Order\u2019 screen for the new customer will display.\n<li>Tap on \u2018Save and Send\u2019.\n<li>A pop-up with the following message will display: \u2018A new order will be created for Customer (new). The initial order for Customer (original) will be canceled\u2019.\n<li>Select \u2018OK\u2019 to proceed or \u2018Cancel\u2019 if you no longer want to change the customer.\n<li>The customer has now been changed.\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note: when you change the customer of an order or quote, all customer-specific rules (customer group pricing, discounts, and availability) will be applied. To confirm this, a pop-up with the following message <strong>\u2018Product changes have been applied to the cart\u2019<\/strong> will briefly be shown.<\/p>\n<p>In the web console, the original order or quote will be canceled and a new order\/quote will be created for the correct customer.<\/p>\n<p>If your customers receive order or quote confirmation emails, then the new customer will receive an email for the new order or quote. This order will have a new order or quote number.<\/p>\n<p>If your customers receive notifications of canceled orders or quotes then the original customer will receive a notification email that their order or quote was canceled.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You might have created an order or quote when you realize that you have created the order or quote for the wrong customer.
