This is useful when you are waiting for more information or confirmation before finalizing some lines on an order or quote. You can create a new draft order or quote for the other items that don&#8217;t require extra information or confirmation and send them out right away.<\/p>\n<p>You can easily create multiple drafts by following these steps:<\/p>\n<p>Option 1: There are no current drafts open for my customer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select your customer and add products to the cart\n<li>You now have a draft order\/quote for this customer\n<li>If you want to create another draft, tap on the \u2018Back\u2019 button\n<li>Tap on \u2018Orders\u2019 on the top right\n<li>You will see your \u2018Document &#8211; Draft\u2019 that you have just created\n<li>You can also tap on the funnel symbol on the top right and tap on \u2018Drafts\u2019 and then on \u2018Done\u2019 to only view your drafts\n<li>To create a new draft, on iOS tap on \u2018Add new Draft\u2019 on the top or, on Android tap on the + button on the bottom right\n<\/ul>\n<p>Option 2: You already have a draft for your customer for which you want to create another draft<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select your customer\n<li>Tap on \u2018Orders\u2019 on the top right\n<li>To create a new draft, on iOS tap on \u2018Add new Draft\u2019 on the top or, on Android tap on the + button on the bottom right\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You can create a draft order or quote for a customer and, simultaneously, also create other draft orders and draft quotes for the same customer or other customers.
