However, orders that they have created are still visible. They will be tagged as created by a &#8216;DELETED USER&#8217;. To get a list of orders created by these old deleted users:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log in to the Onsight web console at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sales.onsightapp.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/sales.onsightapp.com\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Click on &#8216;Reports&#8217; from the left-hand side menu.<\/li>\n<li>Click on &#8216;Sales&#8217; and then &#8216;Sales value&#8217; from the left-hand side menu.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the drop-down at the top of the screen to choose the time period for the report. The options are: &#8220;All time&#8221;, &#8220;Last year&#8221;, &#8220;Past 12 months&#8221;, &#8220;This year&#8221;, &#8220;Last month&#8221;, &#8220;Past 30 days&#8221;, &#8220;This month&#8221;, &#8220;Last week&#8221;, &#8220;This week&#8221;, &#8220;Yesterday&#8221;, &#8220;Today&#8221;.\n<li>Make sure that the sales rep dropdown says &#8220;All reps&#8221;. You cannot choose a rep because the rep has been deleted.\n<li>Make sure that the customer dropdown says  &#8220;All customers&#8221;.\n<li>You will be presented with graphs showing the value of orders and quotes generated for that time period.<\/li>\n<li>If you are viewing monthly data, you can drill down further to see daily data by clicking on one of the months.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the documents icon in the top right hand corner to see a detailed listing of all the orders and quotes.<\/li>\n<li>You will be presented with a table that lists all of the orders and quotes.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the \u2018Download XLS\u2019 icon at the top of the table to download the data to an Excel file.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the \u2018Download CSV\u2019 icon at the top of the table to download the data to a CSV file.<\/li>\n<li>Open your Excel or CSV file and filter the rows and look for the ones that have DELETED USER in the Created By\/Assigned To column.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Users that are deleted have all their details removed from Onsight.
