The product order history will show all the products ordered for a specific customer, regardless of who created the order. This feature makes it easy for you to see what a customer usually orders and helps you quickly find and add their regular products to the cart, saving you time on searching.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log in to the Onsight web console at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sales.onsightapp.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/sales.onsightapp.com\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Click on &#8216;Quick Order&#8217; from the left-hand side menu.<\/li>\n<li>You will see all your products listed.<\/li>\n<li>To view past orders for a customer, change the dropdown menu in the top right from &#8216;All products&#8217; to &#8216;Ordered in the last 3 months&#8217; or whatever other time period you want to search through.<\/li>\n<li>If you haven&#8217;t selected a customer yet, you will now be prompted to choose the customer whose past orders you want to view.<\/li>\n<li>The product order history will automatically display alphabetically by product name.<\/li>\n<li>To change how the list is sorted, click on the column heading that you want to sort by.
