Whether an order is &#8216;Packed&#8217;, &#8216;Shipped&#8217;, or &#8216;Delivered&#8217;, it is an easy way to ensure everyone stays updated and connected.<\/p>\n<p>To view the custom status for an order or quote:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log into the app.\n<li>Tap on the \u2018Orders\u2019 module.\n<li>You will see the \u2018Custom Status\u2019 in the document list view under the \u2018Delivery Date\u2019.\n<li>When you open an order or quote, you will also see the Custom Status by scrolling up.\n<\/ul>\n<p>The custom status feature is available on our Business and Enterprise plans.
