{"id":4867,"date":"2026-05-09T23:14:15","date_gmt":"2026-05-09T23:14:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.onsightapp.com\/user-guide\/?p=4867"},"modified":"2026-05-09T23:14:15","modified_gmt":"2026-05-09T23:14:15","slug":"how-do-i-view-a-report-on-rep-sales-for-a-product","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.onsightapp.com\/user-guide\/how-do-i-view-a-report-on-rep-sales-for-a-product\/","title":{"rendered":"How do I view a report on rep sales for a product?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>You can view a report showing all the rep sales for a product. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log in to the Onsight web console at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sales.onsightapp.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/sales.onsightapp.com\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Click on &#8216;Reports&#8217; from the left-hand side menu.<\/li>\n<li>Click on &#8216;Products&#8217; and then &#8216;All products&#8217; from the left-hand side menu.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the drop-down at the top of the screen to choose the time period for the report. The options are: &#8220;All time&#8221;, &#8220;Last year&#8221;, &#8220;Past 12 months&#8221;, &#8220;This year&#8221;, &#8220;Last month&#8221;, &#8220;Past 30 days&#8221;, &#8220;This month&#8221;, &#8220;Last week&#8221;, &#8220;This week&#8221;, &#8220;Yesterday&#8221;, &#8220;Today&#8221;. You can also choose a custom date range.\n<li>If you are an admin, you will be presented with a table that lists of all your products and the value of all the orders and quotes generated for each product.\n<li>In the search field in the top right, type the name of the product that you are looking for.\n<li>The product will appear in the table.\n<li>Next to the product name, you can click on the sales rep icon to see which reps have sold that product. It will have a tooltip that says \u201cView all sales reps who sold this  product\u201d.\n<li>You will now be presented with a new report that shows all the sales reps who sold that product. For each sales rep, it will list the total quantity and value.\n<li>Click on the \u2018Download XLS\u2019 icon at the top of the table to download the data to an Excel file.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the \u2018Download CSV\u2019 icon at the top of the table to download the data to a CSV file.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You can view a report showing all the rep sales for a product.
