There are two rates: GST (10%) and GST-free (0%, eg. some basic food, health and education items, and exports). In Onsight this means that each product must be assigned whichever rate applies to it. Customers can then be marked as taxable or not.<\/p>\n<p>If you use one of the Onsight connectors that connect to your ERP or accounting system (eg. QuickBooks, Zoho, Xero, NetSuite, SAP B1 or MYOB), the connector will copy across these GST rates for you and also copy across each product&#8217;s correct tax rate directly from your accounting system, so you don&#8217;t have to go through and assign a rate to every product yourself.
