Please email support@onsightapp.com to place a request for us to activate the Xero connector for your Onsight account. You will be sent a link that will allow you to authorise the connection between Onsight and your company in Xero. <\/p>\n<p>The user authorising the connection must have at least Standard User permissions. They cannot be &#8216;Read-only&#8217; nor &#8216;Invoice only&#8217;. <\/p>\n<p>To check the permissions of the user that will be authorising the connector:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log into Xero\n<li>Click on your company and click &#8216;Settings&#8217;\n<li>Click on &#8216;Users&#8217;\n<li>Click on the user that you intend to use\n<li>Under &#8216;Business and accounting&#8217; and &#8216;Standard&#8217; should be selected. The user authorising the connection must have at least Standard User permissions.
