Only your stock level info will be updated. This way all of your other product info will not have to re-sync to your team&#8217;s mobile devices. To use this tool, your product info must be uploaded already. If you have not yet uploaded all your product info please rather follow the guide on <a href=\"\/user-guide\/bulk-uploading-your-product-catalogue\/\">how to bulk import your products<\/a> instead.<\/p>\n<p>To access the bulk upload tool to upload your stock levels:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log in to the Onsight web console at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sales.onsightapp.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/sales.onsightapp.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Click on \u2018Import &#038; export data\u2019 from the left-hand side menu.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the &#8216;Products&#8217; menu item.<\/li>\n<li>Click on &#8216;Stock levels&#8217;<\/li>\n<li>This will open up the 4-step\u00a0product stock levels import &#038; export tool.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Step 1: Export the product stock levels data<\/h2>\n<p>Click the &#8220;Download&#8221; button and save the the product stock levels data sheet somewhere you will find it easily. Once done, click on \u2018Continue\u2019. <\/p>\n<h2>Step 2: Change the product stock levels data<\/h2>\n<p>Open the spreadsheet file. Each row in the spreadsheet represents one of your products. Edit the cells in the Stock Availability column to add your latest stock level numbers.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 3:  Upload the new product stock levels data<\/h2>\n<p>Save your file. Click on the \u2018+\u2019 button and select your saved data sheet on your computer. Once done, click on \u2018Continue\u2019.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 4: Import the new product stock levels data<\/h2>\n<p>Click the \u2018Import\u2019 button to start the import process. Your data sheet will be analysed and validated. Once the import job progress is at 100%, click on either:<\/p>\n<p>\u2018For review &#8211; view and approve this job\u2019.  If your data sheet passes validation, you will see a list of updates that will be applied once you approve the import job. If everything is correct, click \u2018Approve Job\u2019 and your data will be imported into the database.<\/p>\n<p>or <\/p>\n<p>\u2018Failed &#8211; view the job\u2019. If the data sheet fails validation, a list of errors will appear, which you must correct before uploading it again.  Click on \u2018Cancel Job\u2019 and correct the data in your upload data sheet and then start at Step 3 again. <\/p>\n<h2>Check on your import jobs<\/h2>\n<p>If you navigate away from the import process whilst it is running, you can come back later to check on the progress. To see the status of all your import jobs, go to &#8216;Import &#038; export data&#8217;  &gt; &#8216;Import jobs&#8217; and you will see them all listed.
