This website and the Onsight application are intended for use by organisations such as wholesale distributors. "You" refers to the organisation that accesses and uses this website and/or registers to use the Onsight application.

You may authorise your employees / representatives / customers to become registered users of the Onsight application. Your registered users may be required to provide Onsight with certain personal information, including their full name, email address, physical business address, and contact telephone numbers.

Onsight is a sales application that you can use to store information about your own customers. This includes personal information about the employees of those customers. We allow you to collect the following information about your customer's contact person or persons when you and your authorised users use the Onsight application:

If you allow your customers to log into the application in order to access your sales catalogue, we record the personal details of the customers who create orders and quotes so that we may show that information to you. We do not track and monitor the detailed activity of your customers in our mobile applications.

The information that you collect about your customer's contact person or persons is never used by us for any reason whatsoever.

The information that you collect about your customer's contact person or persons is managed via the Onsight admin console at https://web.onsightapp.com .

Should you receive a request from one of your customers for details of the personal information that you retain on them, you may log into the admin console to access and download this information. Personal information is stored in the Contacts section of each customer in the Customer module. Personal information is also stored in the customer logins section of the User module.

Should you receive a request from one of your customers for their personal information to be erased, you may log into the admin console to delete this information. You will need to delete the personal information in the Contacts section for that customer in the Customer module. If the customer has access to the customer login feature, you will also need to delete the personal information for that customer in the customer logins section of the User module.

If you collect and process personal information about your own employees or representatives, or about your customers' employees or representatives when using the Onsight application to collect such personal information, you warrant that you are lawfully permitted to do so and that you will comply with all applicable laws when processing such personal information.

We will only collect personal information about your registered users directly when you access our website and/or use one or more of our products or services. If we ever need to collect information from someone or somewhere else, we will try to get your consent beforehand unless that information is already public record or it is not reasonably practical for us to do so. If we are unable to contact you before we collect personal information from another source, we will notify you within a reasonable time after we have done so.

We will only keep personal information for a limited time until the purpose for which we collected that information has been met. After that, we will then delete or destroy it, unless we need to keep it for longer for evidential reasons or to comply with other legal obligations.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment Gateway Providers' database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and who are required to keep the information confidential.

We do not store any credit card or other sensitive financial or personal information on our servers after a transaction has been completed.
