How do I view reports on products sold to customers?

  • Log in to the Onsight web console at https://sales.onsightapp.com/.
  • Click on ‘Reports’ from the left-hand side menu.
  • Click on ‘Products’ and then ‘All products’ from the left-hand side menu.
  • Click on the date range drop-down at the top of the screen to choose the time period for the report. The options are: “All time”, “Last year”, “Past 12 months”, “This year”, “Last month”, “Past 30 days”, “This month”, “Last week”, “This week”, “Yesterday”, “Today”.
  • Click on the customer drop-down at the top of the screen to choose a customer.
  • You will be presented with a table that lists of all the products sold to that customer for the specific time period.
  • Click on the ‘Download XLS’ icon at the top of the table to download the data to an Excel file.
  • Click on the ‘Download CSV’ icon at the top of the table to download the data to a CSV file.
  • For each row, next to the product name, you can click on the graph icon to see a sales chart for this product and that customer.
  • For each row, next to the product name, you can click on the rep icon to view all sales rep who sold this product to that customer.
