How do I add my Xero users to Onsight?

All your users must be added to Xero directly in order for them to sync to Onsight. Follow the steps below to add users in Xero:

  • Log into your Xero account
  • Select Settings
  • Select General Settings
  • Select Users to display the ‘Users Screen’
  • Select ‘Invite a user’
  • Add a Name, Surname & E-mail address for your user
  • Choose the user’s level of access to the organization’s accounts/permissions
  • Select continue
  • The user will be sent an invitation from Xero with instructions to complete their registration
  • The user should automatically sync to Onsight

Please note that you will need to purchase a user account for each user in Onsight.
