How do I delete a shipping address in the web console?

To delete a customer’s shipping address in the web console:

  • Log in to the Onsight web console at https://sales.onsightapp.com/.
  • Click on ‘Customers’ from the left-hand side menu.
  • You will see a list of all of your customers.
  • Click on the customer that you want to delete the shipping address for.
  • Click the ‘Edit’ button.
  • Click on the ‘Address’ tab.
  • Scroll to the ‘Shipping addresses’ section.
  • Find the shipping address that you want to delete and click on the delete icon.
  • Click the ‘Save’ button.

If you have more than one shipping address, then you can delete all of them but one. The default shipping address fields cannot be deleted but you can clear the content.

If you want to delete the shipping address that is currently marked as the ‘Default’ shipping address, then you first need to mark another shipping address as the default shipping address.
