How do I delete an order in the web console?

In Onsight, orders are not deleted by cancelled. To cancel an order in the web console, follow these instructions:

  • Log in to the Onsight admin console at
  • Click on ‘Orders’ from the left-hand side menu
  • Find the order(s) that you want to delete
  • Tick the checkbox(es) to the left of the order(s)
  • Click on the ‘Cancel Document(s)’ button in the top right
  • Click ‘Yes’ to confirm
