When you or your users create an order or quote in the app, you might want to add another step to confirm that you want to create the order/quote for the selected customer.

We offer an account configuration service that enables you to tailor the display of confirmation screens to admins, sales reps and customers who self-order. This service is free of charge.

If the setting is enabled, the user will receive the following message prior to creating an order or quote:

‘Are you sure you want to create an order for (customer name)?’

The user can then either cancel the order or quote or tap ‘OK’ to proceed.
