Click on the ‘Customers’ tab at the top and select ‘Groups’ from the drop-down menu.
Click on the drop-down at the top of the screen to choose the time period for the report. The options are: “All time”, “Last year”, “Past 12 months”, “This year”, “Last month”, “Past 30 days”, “This month”, “Last week”, “This week”, “Yesterday”, “Today”.
You will be presented with a table that lists all your customer groups and the value of the orders and quotes generated for each customer group.
Click on the group name or on the graphs icon to see that customer group’s sales values graphed over time.
You will be presented with the sales performance over time for that particular customer group.
You can also drill down further by selecting a specific sales rep or a specific product from the drop-downs at the top of the screen.
