How do I view reports on customer groups?

  • Log in to the Onsight admin console at
  • Click on ‘Reports’ from the left-hand side menu.
  • Click on the ‘Customers’ tab at the top and select ‘Groups’ from the drop-down menu.
  • Click on the drop-down at the top of the screen to choose the time period for the report. The options are: “All time”, “Last year”, “Past 12 months”, “This year”, “Last month”, “Past 30 days”, “This month”, “Last week”, “This week”, “Yesterday”, “Today”.
  • You will be presented with a table that lists all your customer groups and the value of the orders and quotes generated for each customer group.
  • Click on the group name or on the graphs icon to see that customer group’s sales values graphed over time.
  • You will be presented with the sales performance over time for that particular customer group.
  • You can also drill down further by selecting a specific sales rep or a specific product from the drop-downs at the top of the screen.
