How do I view reports on customers with no sales?

You can view reports on customers that have had no sales in a particular time period.

  • Log in to the Onsight web console at https://web.onsightapp.com/.
  • Click on ‘Reports’ from the left-hand side menu.
  • Click on the ‘Customers’ tab at the top and select ‘No Sales’ from the drop-down menu.
  • Click on the drop-down at the top of the screen to choose the time period for the report. The options are: “All time”, “Last year”, “Past 12 months”, “This year”, “Last month”, “Past 30 days”, “This month”, “Last week”, “This week”, “Yesterday”, “Today”.
  • You will be presented with a table that lists all your customers that have had no sales in that time period.
  • Click on the ‘Export to Excel’ link at the top of the table to download the data to an Excel file.
  • Click on the ‘Export to CSV’ link at the top of the table to download the data to a CSV file.
