How to configure how much order history is downloaded to your devices

You can customise how far back you want your order history to download to the app. The minimum is the past one month and the maximum is the past 12 months. Follow these steps to customize your order history download settings:

Log in to the Onsight web console at https://sales.onsightapp.com/.
Click on ‘Settings’ from the left-hand side menu.
Click on the ‘Configuration’ menu item.
See your present configuration settings in the General tab.
Click the ‘Edit’ button.
Scroll down to ‘Order settings’ section and the ‘App order history’ field
Choose how much history you want.
Click the ‘Save’ button.

Important: If you decrease the history (for example from 6 months to 1 month), then you need to uninstall and reinstall the app since your orders can only be removed by uninstalling the app.
