Sales quotes can be converted into sales orders by approving them.
- Log in to the Onsight web console at https://sales.onsightapp.com/.
- Click on ‘Orders’ from the left-hand side menu.
- The latest orders and quotes will be displayed. You can also choose a start date, end date or customer to change the list that is displayed.
- If you cannot see your quote, click on the ‘Type’ dropdown and select ‘Quotes’ and make sure the ‘Status’ dropdown is set to ‘Open’. Then click ‘Search’. You should see the quote in the list of documents.
- Click the document number of the quote that you would like to approve.
- The quote will be shown.
- Click on the ‘Actions’ button at the top of the screen and then click ‘Approve’.
- You can still make final changes.
- You can add and remove products or change the quantities of existing products.
- Click on ‘Save and Send’ at the bottom of the screen.
- A new sales order will be created.
Note: A sales quote can only be approved once. An approved quote can no longer be modified.
