You can create orders and quotes using the Onsight web console by following these steps:
- Log in to the Onsight web console at https://sales.onsightapp.com/.
- You will see all your product categories. If not, then click on ‘Catalogue’ from the menu.
- You can search for your product in the search bar at the top of the screen or you can click into a product category, if you know where your product can be found in the product hierarchy.
- When you see the product that you want to add to your order or quote you can use the + button to add the product to the cart and the – button to remove products from the cart. You can also manually type in the quantity that you want to add to the cart. If you type in the quantity manually, the quantity will be added after you have pressed ‘Enter’ on your keyboard.
- After you have added all your products to the cart, click on the cart symbol in the top right.
- You will see the contents of the cart..
- Click ‘Create’ and then choose ‘Create Order’ or ‘Create Quote’.
- Select a customer.
- You can add a contact person, shipping address, delivery date, reference and payment method.
- You can also change the quantity, discount and final price for each line item.
- You can also add more products by clicking on ‘Add Item’.
- When your order or quote is ready to be submitted, click on ‘Save and Send’ at the bottom of the screen to create your order or quote.
