What are the payment options for your Onsight subscription?

Once you have accessed the payment wizard in the admin console, you can choose from the payment options listed below.

To make a monthly recurring payment via PayPal or credit card:

  • Choose a subscription plan.
  • Change your number of users, if needed.
  • Click on ‘Monthly Recurring’.
  • Click the ‘Continue’ button.
  • Click on ‘PayPal Recurring Payment’.
  • Click the ‘Continue’ button.
  • You will be redirected to the PayPal site.
  • You will see the option to either log into your PayPal account to pay, or to pay via credit card and bank account. The availability of these options depends on your region and other factors.
  • Log in with your PayPal account or click on the ‘Pay with a Bank Account or Credit Card’ option to set up a recurring payment.
  • Follow the PayPal instructions to create the recurring payment.
  • If you are unable to complete the recurring PayPal or credit card payment, please make a once-off prepayment via wire transfer. Instructions are further down this page.

To upgrade and make a monthly recurring payment via PayPal or credit card

You can upgrade your account at any time which will automatically update your recurring payment information.

Here is an example of how an upgrade works when making a monthly recurring payment:

  • Half way through your monthly subscription period, you decide that you want to add another user.
  • You will be charged half of the subscription fee for the additional user.
  • You will receive an email confirmation from PayPal informing you about the additional charges. The 15 days are referred to as a ‘First trial period’ in the PayPal notification and it is a once off payment only.
  • When your subscription renews at the end of your monthly subscription period, the additional user will get added to your monthly recurring subscription fee.

To downgrade and make a monthly recurring payment via PayPal or credit card

You can downgrade your account at any time which will automatically update your recurring payment information.

Here is an example of how a downgrade works when making a monthly recurring payment:

  • Half way through your monthly subscription period, you decide that you want to remove a user.
  • It is important to note that you will not be refunded for the remaining period and the user will be removed right away.
  • There is no fee due immediately and therefore the amount due will say $0.00 at PayPal.
  • Please complete the PayPal payment as this will create a new recurring payment for your remaining users.
  • You will receive an email confirmation from PayPal informing you about the new monthly recurring charges that will apply at your next renewal date.

To make a once-off payment via PayPal:

  • Choose a subscription plan.
  • Change your number of users, if needed.
  • Choose a subscription and billing period. Here you need to choose 3 months prepayment, 6 months prepayment or 12 months prepayment or 24 months prepayment.
  • Click the ‘Continue’ button.
  • Choose a payment method. Choose ‘PayPal’.
  • Click the ‘Continue’ button.
  • Review the subscription renewal/upgrade details.
  • Click the ‘Continue’ button.
  • You will be redirected to the PayPal site.
  • Log in with your PayPal account.
  • Follow the PayPal instructions to complete the payment.
  • If you are unable to complete the once-off PayPal payment, please make a once-off prepayment via wire transfer. Instructions are further down this page.

To pay via credit card:

  • Choose a subscription plan.
  • Change your number of users, if needed.
  • Choose a subscription and billing period. Here you need to choose 1 month prepayment, 3 months prepayment, 6 months prepayment, 12 months prepayment or 24 months prepayment.
  • Click the ‘Continue’ button
  • Choose a payment method. Choose ‘Credit Card’.
  • Click the ‘Continue’ button.
  • Review the subscription renewal/upgrade details.
  • Click the ‘Continue’ button.
  • You will be redirected to the PayPal site to process your credit card payment. Look for the option at the bottom which says “Pay with a Bank Account or Credit Card”.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.
  • If you are unable to complete the once-off credit card payment, please make a once-off prepayment via wire transfer. Instructions are further down this page.

To pay via wire transfer:

  • Choose a subscription plan.
  • Change your number of users, if needed.
  • Choose a subscription and billing period. Here you need to choose 1 month prepayment, 3 months prepayment, 6 months prepayment, 12 months prepayment or 24 months prepayment.
  • Click the ‘Continue’ button
  • Click ‘Wire Transfer / Electronic Funds Transfer’.
  • Click the ‘Continue’ button.
  • The payment instructions will be displayed on-screen and you will receive an email as well.
  • Make the payment at your bank.
  • Once we receive the payment we will upgrade / renew your account.
