Where should customer fields be updated? QuickBooks or Onsight?

The value of certain customer fields are solely controlled by QuickBooks. These customer fields include name, description, cost price, price, SKU and stock on hand. When information in QuickBooks syncs to the Onsight app, existing customer information is automatically overwritten in the Onsight app.

If you wish to modify these fields you will need to do so in QuickBooks. These changes will then automatically sync to the Onsight app.
