Certain product fields are solely controlled by QuickBooks. These fields include the product name, description, SKU, sales price, cost price and quantity on hand. When information in QuickBooks syncs to the Onsight app, existing product information is automatically overwritten in the Onsight app.

If you wish to modify these fields you will need to do so in QuickBooks. These changes will then automatically sync to the Onsight app.
