You can view reports on the relative sales performance for each sales rep as well as their sales performance over time.
- Log in to the Onsight web console at https://sales.onsightapp.com/.
- Click on ‘Reports’ from the left-hand side menu.
- Click on ‘Sales reps’ and then ‘All reps’ from the left-hand side menu.
- Click on the drop-down at the top of the screen to choose the time period for the report. The options are: “All time”, “Last year”, “Past 12 months”, “This year”, “Last month”, “Past 30 days”, “This month”, “Last week”, “This week”, “Yesterday”, “Today”. You can also choose a custom date range.
- You will be presented with a table showing the sales performance for each sales rep. Only sales reps that have already created orders and/or created quotes will be shown.
- Click on the ‘Download XLS’ icon at the top of the table to download the data to an Excel file.
- Click on the ‘Download CSV’ icon at the top of the table to download the data to a CSV file.
- For each row, next to the sales rep name, you can click on the chart icon to see their sales performance over time.
- You will be presented with the sales performance over time for that sales rep.
- You can also drill down further by selecting a specific customer from the drop-down at the top of the screen. This will show you the sales for that specific rep to that specific customer.
