How do I delete an order in the web console?

In Onsight, orders are not deleted but cancelled. To cancel an order in the web console, follow these instructions:

  • Log in to the Onsight web console at https://sales.onsightapp.com/.
  • Click on ‘Orders’ from the left-hand side menu.
  • Find the order(s) that you want to cancel.
  • Tick the checkbox(es) to the left of the order(s).
  • Click the ‘Cancel’ button.
  • Click the ‘Confirm’ button.
