How to get access to the ‘Advanced selling tools’ bundle

The ‘Advanced selling tools’ bundle is a collection of features that that are designed to help sales teams who need to handle high volumes of transactions; complex pricing rules; and complex delivery logistics. To request access to this feature bundle, please contact us at [email protected].

Volume pricing & per-customer volume pricing

You can configure your products with volume pricing rules (quantity-based pricing) where the unit price decreases as your customer buys more of your product. Volume-pricing rules can also be configured on a per-customer basis.

Delivery dates, scheduling and cut-off times

You can set up a delivery schedule for each customer and then enforce rules for the delivery date so that customers always receive their orders on their next available delivery date. Configure a standard delivery lead time in days, define which days of the week count as work days for your business, and optionally restrict individual customers to their own specific delivery days. A same-day cut-off time controls whether an order’s lead time starts counting from today or the next work day, so delivery deadlines are always met.

Markup and margin tracker

In the web console, we can show markup and margin statistics when entering or reviewing order line items. This allows admins to quickly and easily see how discounting is affecting profitability for a single line item and for the order as a whole. It also allows reps who create orders using the web console to know exactly how much margin they are giving up and still have available to negotiate with.

Rep personal sales reports

Sales reps can view their own personal reports on their sales performance, product sales and customer sales.

Overselling prevention

This feature allows you to prevent users from ordering items in quantities that exceed your present stock levels. Users will get a warning and be allowed to reduce their order quantity to be within the stock that is available.

Minimum order value

Enforce a minimum order value to prevent orders below a set amount from being submitted. You can choose which total to check: items subtotal, order subtotal (items + fees), or order total (items + fees + taxes), and specify which user types the restriction applies to.
