You can view reports on the sales for all your customers showing the value of all the orders and quotes generated for each customer.
- Log in to the Onsight web console at https://sales.onsightapp.com/.
- Click on ‘Reports’ from the left-hand side menu.
- Click on ‘Customers’ and then ‘All customers’ from the left-hand side menu.
- Click on the drop-down at the top of the screen to choose the time period for the report. The options are: “All time”, “Last year”, “Past 12 months”, “This year”, “Last month”, “Past 30 days”, “This month”, “Last week”, “This week”, “Yesterday”, “Today”. You can also choose a custom date range.
- You will be presented with a table that lists all your customers and the value of the orders and quotes generated for each customer.
- If you are an admin, you can refine the report further by selecting a specific sales rep or a specific customer group from the drop-downs at the top of the screen.
- If you are a sales rep, you can refine the report further by selecting a specific customer group from the drop-down at the top of the screen.
- Click on the ‘Download XLS’ icon at the top of the table to download the data to an Excel file.
- Click on the ‘Download CSV’ icon at the top of the table to download the data to a CSV file.
- For each row, next to the customer name, you can click on the graph icon to see a sales chart for that customer.
- For each row, next to the customer name, you can click on the document icon to see a detailed listing of all the orders and quotes generated for that customer.
- For each row, next to the customer name, you can click on the basket icon to see which products have been ordered by that customer.
