Click on the ‘Products’ tab at the top and select ‘All Customers’ from the drop-down menu.
Click on the drop-down at the top of the screen to choose the time period for the report. The options are: “All time”, “Last year”, “Past 12 months”, “This year”, “Last month”, “Past 30 days”, “This month”, “Last week”, “This week”, “Yesterday”, “Today”.
You will be presented with a table that lists all your customers and the value of the orders and quotes generated for each customer.
Click on the ‘Copy’ link at the top of the table to copy the data to your clipboard.
Click on the ‘Excel’ link at the top of the table to download the data to an Excel file.
Click on the ‘CSV’ link at the top of the table to download the data to a CSV file.
Click on the customer name or on the graphs icon to see the customer sales values graphed over time.
Click on the product basket icon to see which products have been ordered by that customer.
Click on the documents icon to see a detailed listing of all the orders and quotes generated for that customer.
