To change your configuration settings for prices:
- Log in to the Onsight web console at https://sales.onsightapp.com/.
- Click on ‘Settings’ from the left-hand side menu.
- Click on the ‘Configuration’ menu item.
- See your present configuration settings in the General tab.
- Click the ‘Edit’ button.
- Find the ‘Price settings’ section and edit the setting that you want to change.
- Click the ‘Save’ button.
These are the price settings that you can change:
- Show prices including taxes
Enable this if you want your product prices displayed inclusive of tax. All your applicable tax types will be added to your base product price to calculate the final displayed selling price. If this box is unchecked, only the base product price will be displayed in the product catalogue. - Hide all prices in the mobile app
Enable this if you want to hide all prices in the mobile app. - Show discounted prices in catalogue
Enable this if you want to show the selected customer prices including any set discount percentages in the catalogue view in the web console and in the mobile app. - Number of decimal places for calculations
How many decimal places to use when calculating line item totals and order totals. - Number of decimal places for display
How many decimal places to use when showing numbers on screen or in documents.
