Product icons are small images that you can show next to a product to allow your sales reps to quickly see some characteristics of the product. You could load icons for different country flags to show where your products are sourced from. Or you could load icons showing different price tiers like Economy, Standard, Premium. First you need to create new icons to use in the app: Follow this guide. Afterwards you can show icons for each of your products by doing this:
- Log in to the Onsight web console at https://sales.onsightapp.com/.
- Click on ‘Manage your data’ from the left-hand side menu.
- Click on the ‘Products’ menu item.
- You will see a list of all of your products.
- Click on the name of the product that you want to add icons to.
- Click on the ‘Icons’ tab.
- Click the ‘Edit’ button.
- Use the dropdown to find the icons you want to add.
- Click the ‘Save’ button.
