In Onsight, you can add extra fields for showing additional information for each product, for example, pack size or product weight. By default, this information displays on the product detail view and, if selected, in the list views in the apps.

As you might not want to show all of these fields to your sales reps and your customer logins, you can hide certain product custom fields from sales reps and customers.

We offer an account configuration service where you can choose the product custom fields on your account that you want to hide from your sales reps and the ones that you want to hide from customer logins. This service is free of charge.
