How do I change my billing details?

Your billing details are used for the invoices that we send you.

To change your billing details:

• Log in to the Onsight web console at https://sales.onsightapp.com/.
• Click on ‘Settings’ from the left-hand side menu.
• Click on the ‘Billing details’ menu item.
• Your billing details will be shown.
• Click the ‘Edit’ button.
• Edit or enter your billing details.
• The billing organisation is the entity that we are billing.
• Please provide a contact person name. This serves as the account owner and the main billing contact.
• The billing email address is where we will email all of your Onsight invoices to. This email address also serves as the official email address of the account owner.
• Click the ‘Save’ button.
