Onsight can connect to Zoho Inventory to get product and price information and to send new orders and quotes directly into Zoho Inventory. Please email [email protected] to place a request for us to activate the Zoho Inventory connector for your Onsight account. You will be sent a link that will allow you to authorise the connection between Onsight and Zoho Inventory.
The user authorising the connection must have permissions to all of the following actions:
Zoho Books
- CREATE view and manage sales orders
- READ,CREATE contacts
- CREATE estimates
- READ settings
Zoho Inventory
- To fetch the details of Contacts
- To add a Contact
- To add a Sales Order
- To fetch details of a Setting
- To fetch the details of Items and Item groups
