You might have a customer that repeats the same or similar orders from time to time. Or, you might have an order with products that you would like to order again for another customer.

The Copy Feature will save you a lot of time as you do not have to search for the products again and place them in the cart. You can simply copy an existing order or quote.

• Log in to the Onsight web console at https://sales.onsightapp.com/.
• Click on ‘Orders’ from the left-hand side menu.
• The latest orders and quotes will be displayed. You can also choose a start date, end date or customer to change the list that is displayed.
• Click the document number of the sales order or quote that you would like to copy.
• The order / quote will be shown.
• Click on the ‘Actions’ button at the top of the screen and then click ‘Copy’.
• You can add and remove products or change the quantities of existing products
• Click on ‘Save and Send’ at the bottom of the screen.

Important:

• Product prices and product availability will be updated
• Discounts will not automatically be re-applied
