In Onsight, orders are not deleted but cancelled. To cancel an order in the web console, follow these instructions:
- Log in to the Onsight web console at https://sales.onsightapp.com/.
- Click on ‘Orders’ from the left-hand side menu.
- Find the order(s) that you want to cancel.
- Tick the checkbox(es) to the left of the order(s).
- Click the ‘Cancel’ button.
- Click the ‘Confirm’ button.
