How do I download my products to Excel?

  • Log in to the Onsight web console at https://web.onsightapp.com.
  • Click on ‘Catalogue’ from the left-hand side menu.
  • Click on the ‘Manage Products’ menu item.
  • Click on the ‘Action’ button at the top of the screen and then click on ‘Import Products’.
  • Click on the ‘Download’ button.
  • An Excel file containing all your products will be downloaded to your computer.
  • You can now click on ‘Cancel’ for the ‘Import Products’ popup since you do not want to import any data.
