You can export all your sales data showing the quantity and value of individual products sold to every customer. This allows you to analyse the data using Excel or some other analysis tool. The export contains data segmented by product, customer and the person who placed the order. This allows you to do summary analysis by each of those segments. The export includes extra product information such as the product category and parent category. This allows you to also do summary analysis by product category. Lastly, the export also includes extra customer information such as customer group. This allows you to also do summary analysis by customer group.
The following columns will be included in the export:
Note:
If a customer belongs to more than one customer group, the same product data will appear multiple times: once for each group that the customer is in. In this case you cannot add up the totals across the whole table.
The customer group is the customer group as at the present time, not the customer group that the customer was in when the order / quote was created.
The category is the immediate category that the product is in (the one right down at the bottom of the product category hierarchy), not the top-most product category.
The category is the primary category not the secondary categories (additional categories).
The category and parent category are the categories as at the present time, not the category that the product was in when the order / quote was created.
The sales rep is the sales rep who created the order, not the account owner that the customer belongs to.
